Founded in 2009, VapoShop has become Europe’s leading online vaporizer shop. Our mission is to offer our customers only the highest quality vaporizers using a no-nonsense presentation. This does not end after a purchase has been finalized. Our customers often spent a fair amount of money on products and it is our responsibility for them to be 100% satisfied with the shopping experience, even if the vaporizer feels or works just a bit different than expected. Excellent service is of crucial importance.
Customers may contact us during or after their purchase. As a customer service representative you are the first point of contact for these customers. You answer customer questions by e-mail, Facebook and telephone. You prepare new orders and settle existing orders. You understand the expectations of the customer and provide honest advice and information about our products. Moreover, you maintain close contact with couriers, our purchasing and shipping department and financial administration.
VapoShop has an open and informal structure. You are part of a self-managing team which requires a lot of responsibility and input. You are asked to actively help think about improvements of procedures, communication and the overall functioning of the department.
A weekly tenure of 3-5 days, a one year contract with the option for extension. A competitive salary (including 8% holiday allowance).
